Michigan Older American Community Services Employment Program The Michigan Older American community Services Employment Program, formerly, Senior Community Services Employment Program (SCSEP), is designed to provide and promote useful part-time opportunities in community employment for low-income persons age 55 and older. It also assists them in receiving experience and training necessary for employment in the private sector. You can use our interactive form to determine if you may be eligible for this program.
