Program/Service Definitions
Medication Management Medication Management programs help seniors learn about how different medications interact with each other, and what side effects, such as dizziness and vision problems, can be caused by certain medications. Programs may be conducted by pharmacists or nurses who evaluate the medications, or in a group setting through a program such as the Standford Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (PATH) or Matter of Balance.
